For those of you who want to hold our elected officials accountable and are following our Township dis-Trustee, Kevin O'Brien and his continuing saga of the "alleged" misappropriation of client's money's, check out these YouTube videos. He tries to take credit for a Moody’s Bond rating increase and instead, gets smacked down by the Board.

UPDATE:

According to an obituary, On July 14th, his client fell off a 3rd story balcony and died just two days after meeting with detectives to file criminal charges.

Questions:

Is someone who can't read a simple memo QUALIFIED to be our Trustee?

AND Just exactly where was Mr. O'Brien on July 14th when his client fell off the balcony?

One traveler's report on his visit to Ohio Senators Brown and Voinovich:

We stated that the Federal Government does not have the Consent of the people, or the Authority under the
Constitution to do any of the Socialist Communist Bills, Bailouts or any of the Fascist Frauds. We stated in
no uncertain terms that these things were totally unacceptable, illegal and a clear and present danger
to the people and to the country.

While we did not use those exact terms, that and much more was expressed in the strongest verbal manors
as well as a sit-in in Sherrod Browns reception room, because he did not show up and they did not even
want us in the office there. We did talk to some of the staffers in the hallway, even while we were doing
the sit-in the two women in that room would not talk to us for more then a minute. We tried calling
them with our cell phones, they would not answer their phones, just sitting there using there computers.
I kept after one woman and she got another woman to come out of hiding and talk to me, she was
nice and took notes. As far as I know they never did respond to our sit-in.

Many of us went to Voinovich's office we were invited into the meeting room that we filled with our group to
talk to a staffer, a no show for George Voinovich too. In talking to the staffer, she did not think that
the Socialist Bills were unconstitutional.

A man from Zanesville read part of the Constitution he had with him to show that they were in violation of it
and I added that they also absolutely violated it and the intent and purpose of it too. She could not dispute
what we explained. We also explained that we expected them to uphold and defend the Constitution in no
uncertainty or mild mannered terms. We explained the need for the opponents of the bills to use
"RedState's" plan to delay the Bill by objecting to unanimous consent to dispense with needing a
quorum of 51 Senators to transact business, objecting because that it was unconstitutional,
demanding the bill and amendments be read, etc. Senator Tom Coburn has called for the
amendments to be read.
