Advice for everyone from Dr. Rob Bulas: I've been collecting off of a Republican walking list for one hour every evening (4:30- 8pm range). I consistently am able to collect 10 signatures per hour, driving/walking. 2 of 3 won't be home, but that's only a loss of 1 minute each time. I simply say,

        “Hi, I'm Robert Bulas, and I live down the street. I'm a volunteer along with other citizens across Ohio , trying to get an Issue on the ballot for you to vote on this November. It's called the Ohio Health Care Freedom Amendment. 

        If it's passed, it will allow Ohio 's citizens to preserve their choice of the type of health care and health insurance that they feel is best for them. It will protect Ohio 's consumers, healthcare service providers, and small businesses from the federal mandate in the new health care bill that says you will be fined if you do not buy only government approved health insurance. Our Amendment to Ohio 's Constitution will allow us to preserve our choice. 

         We need 402,000 signatures on this petition within 4 weeks in order to put this Issue on the ballot for Ohioans to vote on in November...Would you like a chance to vote for your Health Care Freedom this Fall? Please sign here..." 

All that can be said in 1-2 minutes. Be prepared to say, "No, it doesn't repeal the Bill, but it gives Ohio citizens a choice to participate or not to participate in the federal program" and "If the federal government wants to challenge this Amendment, there is a good chance that it will go to the US Supreme Court, as the mandate is unconstitutional".

Will you help us end the Death Tax in Ohio?  Ohio has an Estate Tax that taxes you after you die…
